When Paris was designated as the Olympic city for 2024, eight venues for the creation and dissemination of live performance in Seine-Saint-Denis wanted to dream together about what the Cultural Olympiad could be: an artistic, festive and unifying event reflecting the richness of the territory.

To showcase this grand event of June 23, 2024, this film visits four of the eight cultural centers and four residents of Seine-Saint-Denis, while also giving a voice to the people behind the artistic and cultural projects of this initiative. A film
“with” rather than “on”: a choir of residents, testimonies of diversity and creative richness.
Listening to concerns as well as attachments, allowing issues to emerge as they are experienced, making room also for beauty, creativity, and pride. Another story about territories often misunderstood, but where French history was written, and where, in many respects, its future is being invented.

Each stage of the program is dedicated to a cultural venue in Seine-Saint-Denis: MC93 in Bobigny, Théâtre Louis Aragon in Tremblay-en-France, Théâtre public in Montreuil and Centre culturel Houdremont in La Courneuve.
